I wasn't crazy about them mucking up the symbiote ever further after Flash Venom turned the Symbiotes into Power Rangers who fight for space justice, but this turned out alright. Eddie Brock is a well-written, depthy character. The art was good. The ladies were sexy. There was not a single tumblr buzzword or out of place blurting of nigger sland. The story was compelling and had tension, drama, and stakes for the characters involved.
It's nice to see that Marvel can still pull off a great story. Kudos to Costa for this one.
