For a comic to get canned, it needs to hit two magic numbers: the number of unit sold and if the comic has produced enough issues to fill a trade paper-back, which are generally multiples of six. Very rarely are there exceptions to this rule, as was the case for Patsy Walker a.k.a. Hellcat, which got canned at issue #17.
The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl#33 sold 8,840 units in June. Marvel tends to cancel books that hit around 6,000 units sold, and 33 isn't a multiple of six. So for Squirrel Girl to get cancelled, it needs to lose around 2000 sales before issue #36.
