Whats the basic premise of this show? I've seen it announced and followed up on, but I didn't pay any in depth attention to it.

I never watched LOST because I religiously avoid "DEEP MYSTERIES TUNE IN FOR MORE" shows.

They always:

A) have no payoff

B) aren't planned

C) are alll flash and no substece

I like the premise but I'm not going to watch it weekly and may avoid it altogether for a few years,.
