She is one of the main girls in Ghost story. That's an anime with a hilarious English dub. I really recommend you watch it in English. Unlike any other anime that has to be watched in Japanese and nothing else.

Seconding this. Ghost Stories was so bland and generic that the localizers got a blank check to do anything that would make it sell in the West.
