As long as you're taking it properly, and in the amount your doctor prescribed its not sin. The scripture permits the medicinal use of mind altering substances:

(23) Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.

(6) Give strong drink unto him that is ready to perish, and wine unto those that be of heavy hearts.
(7) Let him drink, and forget his poverty, and remember his misery no more.
But if you feel bad taking it you could talk to your doctor about other treatment options like learning how to meditate. I would also talk to your family, and pastor about counseling and lifestyle restructuring to help keep the symptoms under control.
