As modern humans alive can trace back to either Ham, Shem, Japheth , maybe Noah if he still made kids post flood, and surviving Nephilims as their ancestors do you think most of our modern animals can trace back to their antediluvian counterparts hence why Noah didn’t have a problem putting all those non-aquatic animals, insects, birds, and lizards into his ark?
