before you go to bed ask Jesus and Mary to be with you and protect you in your dreams.

I like to offer Jesus my heart, my will, my mind, my soul, etc. To keep me near him whether or not I wake up from my sleep, and that hes King, including King of my subconscious dream world (or whatever)

Also, if youre having impure dreams, its probably due to you having impure thoughts while awake. Like Christ says, "he who lusts after a woman has commited adultery in his heart". this follows through with everything else. More often than not your dreams are you expounding on your waking mindset; on your fears, stresses, issues, good things that happened, desires, etc.

Sometimes, its actually diabolical and to counteract that you need to le stop sinning in general, and always remember that Christ is "the strong man that overpowers the other strongman", he is the STRONGEST MAN, TRUE MAN, TRUE GOD.

so yeah

Get into the habit of crossing yourself when you get spooked or perturbed IRL, so that you remember to do it in the dream when you have less reason and more impulse.

Confess, do penance, amend your life, receive Holy communion, stop sinning, and you'll be great.

You can also try spreading some holy water around your room or bed.

Priests will come bless the room at the 'Baptism of Jesus' , tough you may also call one you know to bless it beforehand, if the need is great.

Pre-Christian folklore also indicates (rock)salt can keep away evil spirits.

Reading up on it just now, I've found this interesting tidbit:

"The holy water of the Roman Catholic Church is prepared by exorcising and blessing salt and water separately, after which the salt is dissolved in the water and a benediction pronounced upon the mixture"

Tough I knew of pre-christian uses of salt, I genuinely did not know this. Good luck.
