Hey Anon, a few tips :
*What you need is more discipline than motivation, if you actually did anything only when you felt motivated to do so you'd never achieved anything ever
*The get disciplined subreddit is good enough for intial motivation and instructions I think https://www.reddit.com/r/getdisciplined/wiki/index
*What worked for me: Write the ideal version of yourself in 5 years, what you look like, how's your family life, are you married, where are you living, what's your work… Basically your heaven, then do the opposite with hell write your life in 5 years if you failed everything and kept procrastinating. Put these two things on your phone and reread them every morning and when you don't feel motivated
*You need a plan. Now that you have your 5 years vision write all the thing that you want to have accomplished by the end of next year (Learning a new language, losing 10kg, getting into a school…), then write the same thing for next month, then for next week and finally write a daily routine that will help you achieve this week's goal, then month then year.
Another final tip, you may have compromised your dopamine system with porn, video games and junk food so that every other activity (Especially studying) seems like the biggest chore ever, what you can do to fix your receptors quickly and get a fresh start easily is to restrain your dopamine to a minimum. This means that for one week you stop eating sugary/fat foods and drinks (Go Keto), no internet, phone browsing, porn, fapping, video games, music… Basically anything pleasant is eliminated. Just sleep, exercise, pray, read and study. At the end of the week studying will feel normal and any small pleasure will feel great
Godspeed anon
