What can we do about Evangelicals, dispensationalists, and Scofield Bible Thumpers?

Are Evangelicals deluded and lost?

Can they be saved?

They hold more political power in the US than any other Christian Denomination, esp. in the right wing. They poach followers from other denominations and in large part includes the Non-Denominational movement.
