Creation Ex Nihilo; creation out of nothing.
Potentiality precedes actuality? But actuality absolutely precedes potentiality?
The Logos is eternally generated within God, it is the prevailing reason. God is pure act because he is eternal and nothing eternal can have potency? So then, because the universe is created, it has potency and therefore it must be separate from God because if it was pure act it would simply fade back as God because it is God?
Now if actuality in an absolute sense precedes potentiality, and the Logos actually reasoned the universe distinct from himself, the moment he reasoned it, the very instance in the eternity when he reasoned it, it became actual and actually distinct and therefore a universe came into existence as actuality with potentiality, so out of nothing came a distinct universe because it was reasoned in moment as an actuality that could have potency?
Instead of it being generated within God as the Logos is, it is generated outside of God?
So Big Bang Bang Boom Boom, stars, suns, earth, man, universe, everything but God's essence? Yes?
Am I correct?
