The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

At what point does dislike become hatred? Is it when you begin to wish death on a person?

Is this about the mods?

No. I'm asking for personal reasons.

I would say it is when you dehumanize the person you dislike. When you see them as less than what God has declared them to be (an icon of Christ) and so you treat them, or wish they were treated, with less respect and honor that you would otherwise.

You can dislike someone and still value them for the holy thing they are, you can even love and dislike someone.

At what point does it end though? If someone gets turned into a zombie do we have to let them live? What if scientists produce a breed of human that just kills everything in sight? You need limits to what you consider human to preserve God’s sheep.

not sure, but what makes me not worry as much about people is that know that say someone is really doing some heinous wicked stuff, or has a sick (including lukewarm) mindset, just know Hell is waiting for them if they persist. I think a lot of times our anger and frustration stems from feeling a lack of justice. Just know either they'll really repent and realize they were wrong, or they gonna get it gooood. God is Justice and his justice is beautiful.

But it’s unjust to let them continue spreading their wickedness.

“But whoso shall cause one of these little ones which believe on me to stumble, it is profitable for him that a great millstone should be hanged about his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depth of the sea.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭18:6‬ ‭

It isn’t right to just let evil run loose and say “meh it’s fine, God will send them to hell.”

no one says you should just stand by, but there's also a limit to how much you can help before you are just casting pearls before swine. no, you don't think it's fine, you pray for them to change, but what quells my anger usually is knowing that God will be just. I think the feeling of there not being justice is what makes (at least some people) really angry. Knowing that if they keep it up with that attitude and never change, wew it's gonna be good for you.
