I think /christian/ arguing with itself is a multiversal constant.

The arguments here are actually healthy in my opinion, they strengthen the theological framework and the knowledge of dogma of all who participate in them. Basically test people's mastery of the faith through debate.

The Troubles would basically be murdering people, possibly sending people to Hell. There's no doubt that's the worse option.

We need to organize a /christian/ paintball match. We can then organize all the teams so they are as mixed up as possible as far as denoms, so each team has a mix of prots, baptists, cathodox, larpers etc and we all learn to cooperate with eachother.
