No of course not.
December 25th was chosen not because the Roman festival but because Jesus's conception date was placed on March 25th because it was believed he was conceived and died on the same date. In fact, the Roman Sol festival wasn't actually a popular celebration and many historians believe it may have only gained some popularity in the 4th century in order to actually rival the Christian celebration of Christmas which had been established as being on December 25th since the 3rd century.
Christmas trees seem to have been an invention of German Lutherans sometime in the late 16th century as a decoration for the season.
Santa Clause is based off the Ditch Sinter Klass and the English Father Christmas who were both based off of the actual St. Nicholas of Myra who punched a heretic named Arius in the face at the First Council of Nicaea (325 A.D.).
