The assumption is that the human mind can be reduced to a turing-machine, in which case it could be fully emulated by a computer, given enough computing power.

The real question is the mind reducible to a Turing machine? Alternatively, is there a problem the mind can solve that no Turing machine can? (e.g. halting problem)
