There is nothing special about the cow, it's not a miracle. The problem the Jews are facing is that the cow mus meet certain criteria to be fit for a sacrifice. For example, it must be without blemish, so if it got scratched on a fence they would have to start all over again.

Of course what the Jews will do not that they have the cow is a different matter. But the cow itself is nothing special.

The cow is not the important part, save for it's use to cleanse the rebuilt temple, but the REBUILT TEMPLE part is a MASSIVE deal.

As in, the apocalypse will begin once it is rebuilt. They are planning to usher in the Antichrist and are ever closer to achieving this goal. The sacrifices will be cut off.
