I prefer to be left alone nowadays. I work 6 days a week sun up to sundown i have minimal contact with people and i like it that way. Ill give the shirt off my back and will help anyone who needs it(and have done so and god has greatly blessed me for it).

I feel left out in social scenes nowadays. I used to be the life of the party and knew everyone now im just a hard worker who no longer cares for the vannity. Its not that i hate people, its that i care too much. Anyone else in this situation? Am i alone being alone?

Timothy says we are not to be afraid of people, but to enjoy being around people. Peter says when we know God we will love people. I'm not saying you have to be an extravert, particularly if OP is around people all day at his work, BUT we should not actively avoid people

I'm in the same mindset, except my bad experiences with people has developed an awful misathropic wrath. I give up too easily and have offended people easily, and they retaliated. I feel it's better to not get to know others. People are like animals when they're angry, and if you touch any nerve they become beasts. I wish God had given us an emergency exit to this terrible time bomb of a planet.
