I've seen the entire film, wouldn't recommend it. Not because it was badly done, but because the whole family tragedy aspect was done a little too well.
However, I do appreciate that more and more films are showing sorcerers for what they are: evil, interested only in gaining, wealth, knowledge, and personal power, with no regard to what they have to do to get it. Ari Aster might be /OurGuy/ in Hollywood, his next film Midsommar will feature a violent pagan cult rather than glorifying paganism.
