<you can infer cannibalism is wrong from the context of 2 kings 6:27-30
>And he said, If the LORD do not help thee, whence shall I help thee? out of the barnfloor, or out of the winepress?
>And the king said unto her, What aileth thee? And she answered, This woman said unto me, Give thy son, that we may eat him to day, and we will eat my son to morrow.
>So we boiled my son, and did eat him: and I said unto her on the next day, Give thy son, that we may eat him: and she hath hid her son.
>And it came to pass, when the king heard the words of the woman, that he rent his clothes; and he passed by upon the wall, and the people looked, and, behold, he had sackcloth within upon his flesh.
Well this is an example of sorts. But it is implied that the sons were alive as for the second women to have hid her son. Otherwise it would have mentioned hiding his bones or flesh or him being dead. It doesn't state that eating him was wrong but rather they murdered him against exodus 20. Also this is the old testament before all meats are acceptable before God because of acts 12 and 1 timothy 4:4-5.

That passage has little to do with respecting the dead. They buried their bones after they were dead and no orders involved were given. Have a passage related to burying the dead from luke 9:59-60
>And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father.
>Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God.
Personally i'd love to see something denying eating human meat out of the Bible, but there's nothing i'm afraid. Even Jesus Himself is down with eating meat of sorts in john 6:40-55. His own flesh which is meat indeed as compared against the word of righteousness in hebrews 5:13-14 since His words are spirit, they are life in john 6:63.
