The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Do you think, just as used to be done for the Old Testament apocrypha, there should be a New Testament apocrypha section for things like Mark 16:9-20, John 7:53-8:11, 1 John 5:7, 1 Corinthians 14:33-35?

Perhaps even include works such as the Protoevangelium of James, the Didache, and 1 Clement which contain important traditions.

Thoughts?

No, because you're placing too hard of a stop between scripture and tradition. There is no disharmony there, scripture is the test and proof of tradition.

Those are canonical. They don't belong in a "not canon" section of the Bible.

Personally, though, I would support a NT apocrypha section. The Didache, Shepherd of Hermas, &c. are quite interesting, not heretical, and were included in some early Bibles, prior to the canon being definitively determined. You'd have to be careful about all the gnostic texts though.

The whole point of the New Testament canon is the writings of the apostles because of their power from Christ. 0kay? These tradition are certainly interesting, but they're not from the apostles.

It's about them being a bit odd and maybe added later by others. Basically they should have an asterisk next to them.

Take 1 Corinthians 14:33-35 - it appears in that location in some old manuscripts, and at the end of the chapter in others. But what really makes it likely to have been added by a later writer is it is so out of character. Every other thing Paul wrote was "ignore the law, ignore the law", then suddenly here's "as the law says", not to mention in other places he talks of women prophesying in church and here it's remain silent, disgraceful to speak (as it is in the synagogues).
