Can someone explain to me how come the Chaldeans, whose Church was founded by st. Thomas in 37 AD, are Catholic (a smaller part is Orthodox)? Also, their Church is directly reffered to by st. Peter in 1 Peter 5:13 (Babylon was the seat of the Chaldean Church):
>[13]The church that is in Babylon, elected together with you, saluteth you: and so doth my son Mark.
These are one of the oldest, if not oldest, Christians in the world. How can anyone claim they're wrong?
