It's singled out especially in Romans 1:24-2:2 and also singled out again in Jude 1:7 and more or less singled out in 2 Peter 2:6.

People like to include it in 1 Corinthians 6:9 to make it comparable to other things but it doesn't actually belong there. It is mentioned as part of a list though, just not that list. In Revelation 22:15 they are the "dogs" mentioned. We know this because in Deuteronomy 23:17-18 sodomites are equivalent to dogs, and in Revelation 21:8 the exact same list is mentioned except "dogs" is replaced with "the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable."
