>CAN YOU BE SAVED WITHOUT ANY OBJECTIVE/MEASURABLE CHANGE IN YOUR OUTWARD BEHAVIOR AND HABITS?
Yes, but the circumstances in which that would happen are very unlikely as paul describes in romans 9:30-33
>What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith.
>But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness.
>Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;
>As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
But a situation like this, where the gentiles have attained to righteousness which is of the faith while not following after it, is unlikely because of literally everything in cy+3. Hence why most others need be directed to james 2:15-26
>If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
>And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
>Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
>Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
>Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.
>But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
>Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
>Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?
>And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
>Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.
>Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?
>For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
You need works of faith as anything not of faith is sin romans 14:23. But works of the law romans 9:32 are not of faith, and since by the law is the knowledge of sin romans 3:20 no flesh shall be justified by works of the law romans 4:2 and galatians 2:16. That's why Jesus is special, since He is not only Spirit, but also flesh at the same time, see 1 john 5:6, john 3:5, john 19:34-35, and see john 2:1-10.
