I don't think it is that simple. The nature of the webs has changed. The smart phone killed it. The technological know-how and and the cost of a computer used to be a barrier. That barrier no longer exists.
The most noticeable and disturbing symptom of this is that folks under the age of 18 no longer see the internet as something to discover or as a place to find rare information. It is just a place for mindless entertainment.
I was reminded of this recently when I got into an discussion with with an 11yo and a 16 yo niece/nephew about dog breeds and they were fairly shocked when I directed them to look things up on their smart phone that proved my statements. They were weird-ed out that I could source relevant information quickly and reliably on their gaming device.
tldr; there will be no more fags, old or new
