>Does someone go to hell if they have a wet dream, thus spilling their seed on the ground?
Very false equivalence. One is mandated by the body as regulatory practices, and entirely involuntary; further, you're not dumping the prime reproductive materials in a wet dream, your body is discarding the really old stuff it just couldn't find a way to re-purpose. In short, it has a practical use.
Masturbation while fully awake and conscious has no practical use, it is purely for hedonism's sake.

>You break that bodily habit the same way you break any bodily habit, by gradual weaning.
Or you break it by stopping cold turkey. I've gone from twice a day to four days straight clean now, never felt better. Was it difficult? Sure, but again, I'm up at 6 right now feeling fully rested because, I largely suspect, my body isn't having to waste any energy replacing a single iota of semen or sperm. Further, my sleep schedule is regulating itself, as is a workout schedule, etc. etc. Really, kill this habit in its entirety, no going back, and everything else fixes itself to follow suit. Linger, and you're still giving ground.
