>CHRIST said, Except ye turn and become as Children, ye shall not see the kingdom of God. Again, he said to Nicodemus; Except a Man be born again, of Water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God; for that which is born of the Flesh is Flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is Spirit.
This part is easy. Baptism. Literally nothing more. Baptism is washing of regeneration, or quite literally being born again. It infuse grace unto you and cleanse you from all sins.
>Now all of us have Flesh and Blood and are mortal and yet the Scripture says, that We are the Temples of the Holy Ghost, who dwelleth in us, and that the Kingdom of God is within us, and that Christ must be formed in us;
Grace builds on nature. It's supernatural gift not unnatural. Prophet Zechariah presents it best in chapter three of his book. Here High priest is striped from sins (filthy garments), he is then in pure human nature (naked) and then he puts upon grace (dressed in clean garments).
Now, Christ setted seven orinary ways in which grace is poured, namely Sacraments, that comes through his Church. And when one have grace, he is grafted into Holy Vine of David, so he can bring forth fruits of grace. For grace is life and life begets life. One bear fruit by growing in virutes, theological and natural, by works of mercy, corporal and spiritual, by prayer, fasting and almsgiving, by repentance - all that Christ, and his apostles and prophets said that we ought to do. "For we are kingdom of priest, a holy nation"
> also, that He will give us his Flesh for Food, and his Blood for Drink: And that, Whosoever shall not eat of the Flesh of the Son of Man, and drink his Blood hath no Life in him.
Eucharist is center of Christian life for it is Christ himself. It's end of all sacraments. It's nourishes us in this wilderness until we will cross Joran of Death unto Heavenly land where our Lord prepered place for his Bride, that is Church.
And after times will pass and all will be acomplished, there will be resurection of our bodies. For our Lord did not come to save our souls only but our bodies too (for human is not body that have soul nor soul that have body but the union of both). So do not wonder that while he nourish is by corporal and visible signs. Christ have said that man do not live by bread alone but by every word that comes from God's mouth. And he, the Word incarnate took bread and made it his Body by his word so we can nourish our soul while nourshing our bodies.
>So what does this mean, what do we do?
Keep his commandments, grow in virtues, especially faith, hope and charity, regularly participate in Sacraments.
>What does this child like faith look like?
I just watched vid related. It's good start.
Deny thyself and take your cross in full hope.
