The bible acknowledges that Sin in the short term feels, it's like chocolate cake, it looks good, it tastes good, but it's not good for you, and eating too much of it will destroy you.

God knows your heart. You may say the right words, but I seriously doubt your heart would be in the right place. Salvation isn't merely just saying "Jesus is Lord" - you also have to believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord and that He was crucified and raised from the dead.

A better example would simply have been demons in the presence of Jesus who couldn't stand his presence, and fled. Be the watchful servant. Imagine this, when the Lord came back to the house in your care He found you hosting a the most rubbish house party ever with alcohol, drugs, wanton sex, and almost everything on the list that the Lord forbade you to including the daemons in the backyard. God does not want you to perish, but if you choose to live in sin and do not repent even with Gods knowledge that it will lead to destruction, that last possible second will be stolen from you before you can use it to open your lips to cry out for Gods mercy.
It is better to stay in the sight of God and seek him now, than to think you could deceive him at the last possible second.
That and hedonism / sin in general really does ruin your life even if left unchecked for a small moment. Trust me, I've been there. Lost friends, relationships, jobs, all kinds of things because of that.
You would be better off not putting yourself through that, and trusting in God with all of your heart. Pray to God that he will show you the purpose for your life.
