Why do you think you're so full of wrath? Sounds like you got frustrated and reacted in a pretty normal way. More of a sin against patience and charity than something done in full conscious awareness of cursing God and your co-worker. Just work on taking a step back when you're frustrated and catching yourself before you cuss

The Gospel at mass today was about Jesus cleansing the temple, and it has me thinking about righteous anger and non-righteous anger.

It also had me thinking that Christ has authority over everything and everyone, and there's really just this one example of Him being very angry. Kind of buts my nonsensical anger and wrath into perspective.

Just repent and believe in the sacrifice Christ made for you, then pray for a more gentle, peaceful spirit.
