God knows everything from all time, while we as mortals can only see a small portion of what's around us. It's like how Christ knew of the betrayal of Judas when the other disciples didn't know who was the betrayer resulting in them all asking Jesus if it was them. Don't know what you're asking, but from my understanding God already knows what will happen, but we don't know the future and so to us it's new and filled with choices. Like a character in a movie compared to someone who already knows the ending?
