Mostly to take the elderly to church, and for outreach to poor homes.
I've also seen them used for Sunday School outings.

Does your church do any activates? It is used to take groups out for events and trips. In the last month its been used for kids field trip. Adult skiing trip. Church visit to out churches. But they are used even more in the summer.
