Sorry but the names of 12 tribes are on the 12 gates of new Jerusalem whereas the 12 apostles are written on the 12 foundations of the wall. Revelation 21:12,14.
Also, Judas Iscariot is not an apostle and never was, his office was replaced by Matthias in Acts 1:26, although it's not clear whether he or Paul is counted in this particular listing of 12. Kind of like how Levi was sometimes not counted in favor of Ephraim and Manasseh each being counted. And even stranger, the list of tribes in Revelation 7 counts Levi, Ephraim and Manasseh while leaving out Dan. I wonder if it has something to do with what happened in Judges 18 or perhaps Amos 8:14 but I have no idea.
