No matter what you do you're never 'worthy' of God. If you could somehow make yourself worthy or were worthy in and of yourself you wouldn't need God (keep this in mind, it's one of Satan's tricks to get you to stop repenting). If we're good at all it's because of God's grace and not because of our own strength. Stay humble.

We fall because we're human but we get up again because of our love for God. Even if you fall 1000 times and get up 1000 with love in your heart, God will see it and smile. Please don't give up but pray to God and thank Him for giving you the opportunity to show Him your love while you live.
