This is an interesting idea. There are plenty of videos of people doing it on the internet, but I imagine that most of them don't have interpreters. But for those that do, we could attempt to transcribe it and look for grammar/syntax in 'angelic tongues'. I'd try to help.
But like I was saying on the previous thread, we have the issue of 'fakers'. There are people that are clearly just imitating everyone else because some of the tongue-talking churches believe it's a requirement for salvation. You would have to ween out the fakers out of the process, and any interpreter who interprets from a faker is obviously faking himself.
It's complicated, but if you do it right and there's actually something to this aside from the unconscious mind, you should be able to create a rudimentary translator for Heavenese. You could offer compelling evidence for the existence of God if a language is uncovered.
