It is actually the opposite. The polluting blueprint of first world countries is the big problem. When people complain about booming demographics in third world countries, they don't seem to realise that 10 people in those countries don't pollute and consume energy (whose creation pollutes) as much as 1 single person in a first world country

China alone pollutes more than most continents, and India is a close second. Unless you're stopping Asian pollution, nothing will change. And no one is urging those countries to make any commitments, and this is the first way I know they are not serious.

They just want to extort money from easy marks, so they constantly drum up fear in first world countries even while ignoring China (did I mention that?) and India. Which they can turn around and use those monies to spread more propaganda and lies, because it was never about fixing the environment, it was only about lining their pockets after all.
