It's good advice, but being African himself he's really not someone to speak about it. Look up how many southern and western Africans rape infants to cure themselves of the aids they got from all the sodomy that they do.

Were we, or were our ZOG governments? I mean, I get your point. But we need to move to the next level of understanding here and realize that Africans are not "based" just because they have anti-sodomy laws that they don't even follow or enforce. The only law of those lands is the law of the jungle: to the populace at large the lawbooks there are a mere formality anyway. Maybe it has an effect on the PR of the dictator's royal family or whatever, but that's about the extent of it. Sorry to break your bubble on that one.
But yes you're right that the zionist and progressive influence is also bad, adding to theirproblems instead of alleviating them. My point only is that he shouldn't really be talking as if African was, in reality, any better. It's far worse on that front and in desparate need of help, actually.

I think it's probably because black culture is a lot more loud and flashy than white culture. Whites are also more white collar and as such would be more drawn to prosperity gospel, whereas blacks as a whole seem to be more impulsive, so it makes sense they would prefer this.
It's still the same shallow message, just told in a different way.

The idea of racial ethnicity wasn't the thing that divided people in Biblical times. The story of Babel shows a separation of language, while the stories of the Jews and the Canaanites shows a separation of culture and religion. The New Testament highlights again a separation of religion (the Pharisees and the Samaritans), and of culture (the Greeks and the Jews).
Read your Bible more carefully. That which separates us, regardless of what it is exactly, is addressed.

Virtually all Catholics admit that we've had some bad Popes. I, personally, very much dislike our current Pope because I think he's highly corrupt. In fact, many of the Marian Apparitions and Mystics warned the faithful that the Catholic Church would be almost entirely subverted by the devil and that corruption would be abundant in even the highest clerical offices.
Judas was an Apostle, too, and performed miracles right alongside the others – that didn't make him a pillar of virtue. Peter denied Christ and was called Satan by Jesus Himself, and yet he was the Pope. Evidence of immorality in Catholic clergy is not evidence of illegitimate authority. Remember that Jesus even told His Apostles that the Pharisees were on the Seat of Moses, and that people did right by listening to their teachings (though He warned that they were corrupt men and that His followers shouldn't imitate them). The Pope need only be infallible in matters of dogma, etc. etc. Clerics can make the right decisions for the wrong reasons; it just means that God is using them to achieve His own ends – they are still morally culpable.
So, yeah, I'm sure that there was a lot of bad clergymen during Luther's time, even the Pope. Doesn't make Luther any less of a heretic, and it doesn't make him right about everything he said. Bear in mind that this is a man who admitted to having routinely conversed with the Devil himself.

Fine. He was the first among the Apostles, to whom Jesus exclusively imparted the Keys of Heaven and Earth. The point is that even the most exulted of church officials are bound to make mistakes, and some might be downright corrupt. Christ called both people into His ministry.
>rebaptizing
>believing the word of God
Where is re-baptism in scripture? This is a Nicene Creed board, and if you don't subscribe to "one baptism for the forgiveness of sins," then you might not belong here, with all due courtesy. The only acceptable occasions for a "re-baptism" is when your first baptism had improper form or when you aren't sure of your baptism and you have a conditional baptism. The former is not technically a "re-baptism" because in the case of improper form, a proper baptism never occurred. The latter is not technically a "re-baptism" because it is conditioned on you never having been properly baptized – if you have been, no re-baptism takes place.
I digress. If people were killed over anabaptism, then their killers were murderers and performed immoral acts. That doesn't make anabatism acceptable doctrine, though, and if they were re-baptizing, they were not adhering to the word of God.

If the baptism was done in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit as an appeal for good conscience and with either immersion in water or with a steady stream of water over the head, it is proper form. The reason the anabaptists were considered heretics is because they were teaching that infant-baptism wasn't valid and that baptism could be re-applied for a second-remission of sins when necessary. The conditional baptism existed for the express purpose of granting a single valid baptism if the form was in doubt, so the anabaptist movement was unnecessary from the start unless they were simply trying to change or create doctrine.
Also, I suspect your idea of the executions are inaccurate. I know that anabaptists were killed, but neither of us truly know the context. I concede, though, that execution was wrong regardless.

It would be necessary if you followed Acts 2:41-42 and Acts 8:37 to its conclusion and realized infant baptism was an innovation that actually resulted in millions of people never being baptized properly. It was always meant for those who received the word gladly: that's how it is the "answer of a good conscience." It's a bad show but coming from /pol, it struck me how many different races, no matter what their economical situation was, managed to live a very decent life and enforce healthy rules and boundaries on their children.

The basic point is still true: He makes a big deal about soul-winning and even keeps tally as to how many souls were saved each "soul-winning marathon", he talks about only dating somebody that is saved, etc.
At the same time the guy he had enough faith in to send him to start his own church turns out to "not be saved". So if Anderson himself doesn't know if somebody is saved or not than what is the point of counting how many souls they saved each weekend?

Puritans are, but we had a thread just recently where this was posted:
>It is said that the blessed John, while he was gently stroking a partridge with his hands suddenly saw a philosopher approaching him in the garb of a hunter, who was astonished that a man of so great fame and reputation should demean himself to such paltry and trivial amusements, and said: "Can you be that John, whose great and famous reputation attracted me also with the greatest desire for your acquaintance? Why then do you occupy yourself with such poor amusements?" To whom the blessed John: "What is it," said he, "that you are carrying in your hand?" The other replied: "a bow." "And why," said he, "do you not always carry it everywhere bent?" To whom the other replied: "It would not do, for the force of its stiffness would be relaxed by its being continually bent, and it would be lessened and destroyed, and when the time came for it to send stouter arrows after some beast, its stiffness would be lost by the excessive and continuous strain, and it would be impossible for the more powerful bolts to be shot." "And, my lad," said the blessed John, "do not let this slight and short relaxation of my mind disturb you, as unless it sometimes relieved and relaxed the rigour of its purpose by some recreation, the spirit would lose its spring owing to the unbroken strain, and would be unable when need required, implicitly to follow what was right."

>Following chirst (sic)… to be the best person you can be and imitate his wishes, to help others in need and spread what's good
the best person you can be is an abhorrent rebel against your Creator, having inherited the same Sin nature of Adam which makes you both by predisposition and choice; opposed to God
as for spreading what is good
anything not done of faith is Sin
Faith itself is a gift of God
if God has given you the gift of faith in Christ - causing you to repent and believe in Him - then you are no longer at enmity with your Creator, and since Christ is both the author and finisher of your faith - having sworn that not one of the sheep His Father gives Him will be lost, then you are assured of Heaven
then out of love for the Rescuer and Redeemer of your soul which otherwise would have followed the spiritual father of all unbelievers, Satan, into Eternal Fire - one acts lovingly toward even one's foes following in the footsteps on The Lord who died on behalf of His enemies
so Protestants may make you weep friend
but we weep for you since it is demonstrable by your lack of understanding even these simple truths of The Kingdom that you are perishing for lack of knowledge
and moreover, your damnation will be all the worse since you say you are not blind guides leading other damned souls into perdition with you, and instead that you are 'good people' doing 'good works' by merely following the teachings of Jesus
yet this belief that you are good people only serves to prove how little you know of the Christ who said there is no-one good but God
and if you continue to reject Christ's pronouncement of man's natural state, then you prove yourself as remaining in rebellion against Him; having no faith in His words, and by extension Him, and so can do no good works that proceed from faith
42c8ba No.591167
>>591137
Except that's wrong.
Faith in Christ means obedience to him and conformity to his teachings. This is a lifelong struggle, not a one time moment, not an event of mental assent to some historic claims about Christ. Faith as mental assent is the dead faith James talked of..saving faith is a transformative process that never really ends…and yes it can be lost because you have freewill.
Jesus lost the son of perdition from his hands but not by Jesus' doing or neglect but because he rejected Christ. Can't save one that turns from you. Freewill is always operative.
Prots still dont get it do they?

This is actually one of the reasons why I found Christianity. If any of you have read 1984 you'll recall that there's this extended part near the end where O'Brien tortures Winston (there's a lot of Bond villain-tier exposition too, but I won't hold that against Orwell lol). During the torture O'Brien tells Winston about how the future will be akin to a boot crushing a human face for eternity. In response to this Winston meekly suggests that humans must have some sort of internal spirit that could prevent this situation from occurring. O'Brien asks if Winston believes in God and Winston says no. O'Brien then says that Winston has no basis to say that man has a soul, or that man could prevent this hell situation from forming. Now, I don't know if this was deliberate by Orwell or just incidental, but that passage really affirmed my belief in God. If you don't believe that humans have souls and that every single person has intrinsic value, then you can't say that a 1984-hellscape could be avoided.
Sorry for the blog, I just thought it might be interesting to share a thought I had arrived at alone that was in-common with Yuri.
