Crashing this plane is obviously a notion relative to the high skilled effort it took to hijack a plane with another plane, then crash it. Consider for a moment that Bane, especially the way he says it, wants to trigger or get a shock reaction from the CIA - "Crashing this plane !" and you see his eyes go all crazy, that was actually really good acting.
It's also obviously a reference to hijacking a plane with another plane, because the lines that immediately follow follow a similar technique - WITH NO SURVIVORS ! and then Bane proceeds to take over.
At the point in achievement of hijacking a plane with another plane, while also crashing it at the same time, I think most people would be fully in their rights to claim they had "crashed the plane" , that is "with no survivors" relatively speaking on the high skilled merit to achieve this feat, alone.
