To unnerve him. The more nervous he is, the lower his reaction time and the more mistakes he's likely to make, so he couldn't possibly take any countermeasure against his masterplan that could endanger it, or even make it more costly.

Also, CIA is the leader of his men. By intimidating him, not only Bane delivers a moral blow against the entire team, but also undermines his leadership position, lowers him men's faith in him, so they'd be less likely to follow his orders when his men try to crash his plane.

What if bane is a really ugly guy and he doesn't want CIA to look at his face because looking at him would be extremely painful
