In asian cultures typically the family name is before the individual's name. Uzbekistan isn't actually that far off from China, making the idea that CIA and Bane were family members that went their own way a possibility.

Perhaps he has had problems in the past with people just flying away when he tossed them out of a plane (or several planes) and THAT's why he shoots them before throwing them out. We might have cracked this.

He's telling the hired gun that he already knows who's behind the masterplan and the shady transactions taking place between them. He just needs some minor details to fill in the blanks and complete his theory. He already knows most of what's going on, so there is no point in keeping silent or lying to him. It's a common interrogation technique used to get information/ confession from a suspect.

I think the more important question is who is Hu. Yu's just in charge of executing the master plan, or more precisely, the part that involves grabbing Dr. Pavel. My guess is, he's just a guy that knows a lot of big guys and people pay him to hire his guns. He's basically the intermediary between hired guns and master-planners. Of course he's a small guy himself, this is not only evident from bane's line, but also from the fact that he ha to subcontract Bane to grab Dr. Pavel.

What really matters is who is Hu. He's the one who paid Yu to grab Dr. Pavel and is persumably the guy behind the masterplan, or at least the biggest guy financially. He's basically the Soros of TDKR.
