It simply is not humanly possible for a mere mortal to pose in such a self assured mannerism as CIA. Even if you had the exact outfit, researched the angles correctly, and trained to have the exact physique, you would somehow fall short. Not being fully initiated is not the same as being hotheaded. Hotheads actively refuse initiation, or try to deter others from being initiated. The small guy in OP's pic is clearly embracing his initiation, even if he's not perfect at it yet.
