For drawing to begin all you need is a pencil, rubber and sharper. I also began with a ruler when drawing anime, I copied anime from the screen by measuring the portions through measurement to get me motivated no print out templates. At the end of drawing it looks pretty good with colour added on build onto your drawing, if you have the resources it's worth it to get you motivate. It's not true freelancing drawing but everyone needs to start from somewhere and that is where it was for me.

True, you do have to reach the activity test in the number of hours. Isn't their administrative stuff associated with your job that you are not paid for but is part of your work. 5 hours a week spread out of five days is an hour of work each day extra that may relate preparation or other work that you have to complete before beginning the job. If there is it may be worth noting what extra unpaid tasks you complete, as that may be something you can use to demonstrate what you are doing for those hours. 5 hours is probably not a full day of WFTD and would be a waste of time, if you are already working and its taking time away from other tasks. Volunteering may be the easier solution. If you don't need the extra money from Cenno you could just cancel the payment if they want you to do WFTD. I cancelled my payment recently because my anxiety was becoming overwhelming and I just needed a break from it, the person seemed to be fine for me to reapply for the payment later on if I needed the support.

It is also building up the muscles in your hand, I just take it slow and keep drawing then look back after a while to see how my drawing compared. If there was a significant difference, then I would redraw that segment. It's going take a while for it to feel natural and to get an feel of it, especially when using a tablet.
