It hurt. It was dislocated and broken, the dislocation is what hurt most probably. The break was pretty bad, but because it's not a weight bearing joint it doesn't hurt to be broken that much, it just makes it get dislocated super easily if I move in the wrong direction. It popped out again in my sleep a few days after the break. I can't swim quite yet, We're working on it. I'll slowly gain mobility back in it over the course of 6 months with PT. it'll be basically good as new after that.
