See if you can find that at CVS or something similar. Just any of the glues that are safe for use or steri strips. Then gauze over the strips to soak up what continues to leak out as it's coagulating and healing.

Turns out I got cut three times, once when I moved my hand to catch it, at the crease of my thumb, once when I grabbed it, making a vertical slice deep into the thumb, and the third time when I dropped it, it skinned across the inside of my knuckle rolling up the skin so tight I just had to leave it rolled up because I couldn't do anything to it because it got rolled up under live skin

It was an extremely sharp knife and the skin roll glued itself together with blood and it rolled under instead of over so I couldn't even tease it out with alcohol I just have to wait until the layer of skin is ready to come off
