FAL's grenade is "better" in the way that it splits its damage into three grenades and spreads them out for more damage over a wider number of enemies, rather than wasting it in a single grenade like 416.
She's pretty good there, especially with G36C because she's slightly buffing the damage, which means she's slightly buffing the grenade damage as well.
So if you want a second AR in there out of those just put in whomever buffs evasion the best.
