From your own perspective, you're in free-fall until the end of your life, so there's no problem. Unless the black hole is so small that the curvature causes an uneven acceleration across your body, stretching you apart.

either

A. Expansion of the universe increases more and more and everything moves away from everything else fast enough to the point where even subatomic particles are ripped apart resulting in the "Big Rip"

Or B. Everything eventually gets gets pulled into one big black hole which will then swallow up the universe in the the singularity again and create the "Big Crunch" followed by the "big Bounce"

or C. Turns out spacetime is a stubborn cunt and the black hole with all the matter in the universe isn't enough to pull the universe in on itself and instead it just leaks out hawking radiation for the rest of the universe leading to WAIT A SECOND THAT SOUNDS A WHOLE LOT LIKE PERFECT ENTROPY

Should the universe's expansion start to exceed half the speed of light, there is really no way for even gravity to counteract this expansion anymore. The gravitational waves simply can't catch up, so as far as the matter concerned, gravity starts weakening like crazy.

Interaction is a big deal to figure out how to do, but easy to show is at least possible. We can test whether there is visible evidence for interactions between our universe and other universes. These tests have been done and such evidence has been corroborated.

Basically, the impossibility to figure out if you're being accelerated while in free fall. Since if you were to fall into a black hole you'd be in free fall, then you don't feel gravitational effects depending on the curvature.

For the observer falling into the hole, they'd pass straight through it. Give or take whatever occurs "inside" - where space and time lose all meaning.

From an outside observer, you'd be incinerated.

Funky stuff.

There is nothing pseudo-scientific about general relativity.

The set-up is something from science-fiction, of course, but then again, all thought-experiments would be inherently pseudoscientific which is obviously not the case.

The biggest starquake ever recorded resulted in oscillations in the X-ray emission from the shaking neutron star. Astronomers hope these oscillations will crack the mystery of what neutron stars are made of.

On December 27, 2004, several satellites and telescopes from around the world detected an explosion on the surface of SGR 1806-20, a neutron star 50,000 light years away. The resulting flash of energy -- which lasted only a tenth of a second -- released more energy than the Sun emits in 150,000 years.

Combing through data from NASA's Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer, a team of astronomers has identified oscillations in the X-ray emission of SGR 1806-20. These rapid fluctuations, which began 3 minutes after the starquake and trailed off 10 minutes later, had a frequency of 94.5 Hertz.

"This is near the frequency of the 22nd key of a piano, F sharp," said Tomaso Belloni from Italy's National Institute of Astrophysics.

Baldur's Gate and the second one both received "updated version" shit on Steam in the early 2010s that was just them, the DLCs, and a minor amount of "new" stuff that was mostly like an arena and a few new quests, nothing really major. The first game did have an outright new DLC post-release that bridges the first and second one, kind of.

In Texas, it's worded for residential that the house must be able to stay below a certain temperature. It doesn't specify how it needs to be achieved just that it has to be below. Functionally, it means there has to be A/C to be deemed livable to new tenants or construction.

For commercial, anything not a warehouse just flat out has to have air conditioning if accessible to the public but rural areas don't really enforce it.

I've dealt with construction for a while so it's the only reason you'd really need to know any of this shit. The "easiest way" thing is basically how it's here. There's some really shady shit with slumlords using industrial sized fans to technically make it under the limit but it's because the tenants genuinely do not care about building code and/or are niggers/illegal spics.

Also I just got inside from putting a garden together for my mother. I did my best to leave all the wild mint that's near the garden alone because the bees love it and I like seeing the bees.

I do kind of agree with the shit in Arizona, at least. There's only one state in the nation that pays teachers worse than Arizona. As the job market for teachers is now, you can make more money being a manager at McDicks than a full-time teacher. Almost any four year degree can pay more than the equivalent one needed for teaching. Districts are hemorrhaging teachers in favor of budget cuts with no real plan to "fix" anything. Talk of privatization and charter schools isn't a plan to address anything. It doesn't fix a void of teachers in underfunded states.
