The Earth/Terra cult from LotGH was really disappointing. Not because they didn't come across as a threat, but because their characterization is so shallow compared to the rest of factions in the show. I kept expecting some episode where their history or more complex motivations would be explained and some deep dark secret would be revealed. But they were never shown as anything more than a deranged cult who wanted people to return to Earth.
