According to this Operation Rainfall article all of the shows licensed during the partnership will be going to both services. Although some shows will be leaving both of them. Honestly, about the only thing I've been happy with Sony about of late was them dumping HQ anime openings of a game series I like on their Japanese jewtube page (some of which were 240p in their original state, and almost every other upload looking worse). And even that they didn't manage to get quite right sadly, stretching them all to 16:9 instead of leaving them at 4:3 like they were intended to be seen at back in the day.

It's mostly Sony's American divisions fucking things up. The head Japanese branch is pissed about things like Sony Pictures, but isn't able to completely fire all the people who already got in to ruin the company. What happens is one SJW gets high up (in the case of Sony Pictures, Amy Pascal) and then gives contracts to a bunch of other SJW friends who were never hired on anything close to merit, so even if the head SJW loses the job, they already have their friends in place to fill the position, and firing all of them would cause huge disarray within the company and cost millions/billions in termination fees.
