The longest nofap I've ever had since I was 12 was a week, and that was in high school when I bought into the bs that nofap would make you physically stronger during sports. Well, honestly, i was like that aswell, 1-2 times a day usually, mostly because i was bored.

Then i made a promise to myself on new years that i'd atleast try it out.

I read a great suggestion on reddit no fap who's an ab/dl. Essentially his advice was to wear when you have urges and let those urges go away with time. I try to use this while doing nofap.
