Now regardless of what happens or who you are they will charge you the same random amount which can vary from $1 for 600ml of saline to $50 for the same amount for the clinic across the street.

You as a consumer would never care for this Master Charge rate because you don't deal with it, the insurance company does and they fight, and negotiate till they pay something they feel is reasonable while you pay your deductible.

Only now that Medicare and Medicaid are getting pissed of this bullshit and we are running dry nationally they are refusing and the true rates are coming clean.

Now people are fucking outraged because they know the secret rates the government was paying all these years, and with all other insurances defaulting to the de facto medicare model they are now dealing with this too.

Truth be told it is this bizarre non-sense attempting to subsidize health care the US government did with medicare that starting this bullshit, up until then you'd pay a rate that matched the market's demand and the provider's skill and you should shop around like you should be able to in a capitalist society.

The difference being, that plant in a few years will bear fruit, and live its natural life, like the children that were once given that diagnosis of FTT would eventually stand on their own two feet and live their lives you could find a certain joy in knowing what you did mattered.

For those adult with FTT, there will be no pay off they will continue to live as long as you water them, until they die on their own, bleeding millions out of the medical system.

The problem is that it's like anorexia. When anorexics suddenly drop a huge amount of weight they get this sort of artificial "high" which lasts for 3 to 6 months on average… but then it quickly wears off and they suddenly feel driven to keep losing more and more weight.

It's the same with a lot of transsexuals, the "transition" process is just temporary relief, which is why the post op suicide rates after 12 months are effectively identical to the pre op suicide rates. At best its a kind of "brake pedal"… but you still hit the fuckin wall.

It's like, no matter how much you try and mutilate your body you will NEVER feel "woman enough" or "man enough", which in turn has led a lot of transsexuals to now try and forcefully inflict their delusions onto the masses.
