That's a made-up thing. You'd likely just horribly injure yourself trying to force anything out that way. Similarly, you can press lightly on someone's full bladder to slightly increase their desperation, but trying to force them to wet this way will probably just result in injuring their pelvic floor muscles.

Take metamucil for a few days in a row. On the third day take some castor oil. The metamucil will produce a LOT of bulk and the castor oil will force it all out. And I mean REALLY force it out uncontrollably. Not like a suppository where you can hold it off until its effect goes away.
