basically in a juggling act where does adult baby end… being a 'little" begin…. and could autism it's self be own sub-form of adult baby

I can't say for certain, seems to vary from person to person. I've always figured "little" is used by people who prefer the AB side of things but don't like being referred to as a baby, or prefer child like activities above babyhood. Like, 3-4 years rather than 1 or less. Just how I've seen it, I've spoken with people that love diapers, onesies, stuffed animals and sleeping in cribs, but insist they are not a baby anyway.

There isn't really a defined line. I would think most adult babies (at least those into regressing as an adult baby) would be littles. But not all littles are adult babies.

Autism is it's own thing, and this fetish is pretty alluring to those whom already have had a stunted mental or emotional development.

I wouldn't say there is a definitive split between an Adult Baby and Little but if I had to go off myself as an example I would say a Little is someone who isn't actually regressed, or rarely so, but rather passively does Baby/Toddler-ish stuff in their life. I know within my own group most of my friends consider me a Little but not an AB given I do essentially have a toddler set of rules due to my state with a caretaker but never really mentally regress.

i got a combo of hazed dissociated mind (disabled as heck) talking to stuffed animals to such an extent (like at least an hour before goto bed each night) and being sub/dom diaper lover … i became so small it like amplified my disability, i call myself a 'little' because i am like special needs preschool in real life!

OK simple breakdown in my experience is that there's a lot of crossover but the big thing I've noticed is that adult baby's age very much that 1-3 at most mindset and tend to mentally regress. While littles can range anywhere from baby to toddler mindset regression or just act and do things that a toddler to preteen would do without regressing mentally. Autism is just autism.

I'm basically and adult kid/diaper lover. I like diapers, pacis, bottles and wipes, but my diapered activities revolve around nickelodeon cartoons and legos, so a play age of 4-8. I also use diapers sexually. I think the lines between AB, DL, and to some slight extent even DDLG are blurred

I dunno what I am.

I like the diapers, the rest doesn't really interest me.

But then again, if I was with someone dominant then I'd like to be "forced" into it. I'd enjoy that.

But I'm too broken to form a strong enough attachment to any person I could potentially confide in.
