Quick note: your first mess is going to massively affect whether you enjoying messing or not so you might want to think about it. Also, yes, cleanup kinda sucks.

Couple different ways you can do it:

1. For immediate effect, try an enema. This will make whatever you've got up there slide out (somewhat explosively) and relatively quickly. For a less explosive experience you can also try a laxative suppository or even marshmallows.

2. For something more slow-acting, take a fiber supplement, a reverse osmotic laxative (something like Miralax), and drink lots of water for a few days. This will make your poop super soft and easy to push out, even in a diaper.

3. If you're into accidents or the feeling of helplessness, do #2 for a few days then take 3 Senokot the night before your want to mess. Sometime the next day you will start to have cramps and your bowels will start to move and there won't be anything you can do to stop them. If your poop is soft enough, it WILL start coming out.

Also, If you're into messing in public at all, I highly recommend looking into activated charcoal and chlorophyll supplements.

Try a regular enema. I just succeeded in experiencing a truly helpless accident with one. I used a regular water bottle with a pump of soap in it and emptied it right into my butt. After the cramps started kicking in, I challenged myself to do some squats. On the second one, I felt a little come out and I reflexively clenched, lost my balance, fell on my butt, and exploded into my pullup. I purposely used a goodnite with tidy whities over it because I knew it would leak if I pooped, that way I had an incentive not to have an accident. But I did, and I felt little as hell sitting there all messy with brown stained undies, wanting nothing other than to be cleaned up.

Bananas are really fun, and will definitely induce messing if you don't clean out before.

4 to 6 bananas (I think I've done 6)

2 fleet liquid suppositories

Peel bananas, break in half, and microwave for about 30 seconds (warm, not hot)

Insert 1 suppository

That article used to be on The Institute which I don't believe is online any longer. Couldn't find it on wayback machine either. but wasn't sure of the domain name they used.

Magnesium Hydroxide, tablets or Milk of Magnesia along with most other forms of Magneisum are Hyper-osmotic laxatives.

Which means they cause a great deal of liquid to enter into the bowel, which basically just gives you diarrhea.

If there isn't a lot of poop to start with, you'll have maybe a big build up .. explode and then a few runny shits. That's it. Depending on how that effects you might have to be careful of sharts for 12 to 24 hours.

Fibre means there is more poop to happen.

If you significantly increae the fibre in your diet you will poop more in terms of frequency and amount. So my recommendation there is powdered Psyllium Husk.

The psyllium forms a bulk that absords a lot of liquid. So magnesium on top of that doesn't have quite the same effect.

my advice is try take 1 teaspoon a day for a few days so your body gets used to it

Then take a teaspoon with breakfast and dinner.

Then when you want a big poop.

Take 2x teaspoons every 3 hours with an extra (pint) of water.

At some point you'll find you need to poop more urgently than normal due to the extra fibre.

You'll discover that amount of fibre makes you go say every 6 hours.

At that point take 4x senna tablets or 4x dulcolax tablets.

When they kick in they will empty you out. There will be lots of poop.

To make lots of poop the problem is that this still becomes fairly predictable as you fibre load.

So eat a big meal or take one big dose of fibre and then a couple hours later take 4x dulcolax tablets. That's about a 6 hour alarm clock.

Sticking frozen things up your butt is probably a bad idea. If they're below zero C and have a high heat capacity then they could cause frostbite to your intestines which would mean a trip to the hospital and some unpleasant surgery.

I've done the banana thing before with bananas at room temperature and it works fine. Bananas on their own don't act as a laxative though - they just add bulk when you mess.

I think about 4G of Magnesium Hydroxide is the laxative dose so the 'whole bottle' or 20x tablets might be an overdose of magnesium. which is bad for you.

Get some epsom salts.

iirc, about 2 teaspons in a glass of warm water will work in 2 to 6 hours and last until it's gone through you. For me that's about another 2 to 6 hours.

Speaking from personal experience here-- if you put them in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes, the outside of them freezes enough to make them firmer and easier to push in, and they didn't causes any burns or irritation to my bowels. Of course, this is pretty unnecessary if you just buy unripened bananas and use those.
